Answer:
One that I prepare with loving care for my family or friends and they enjoy!! My favorites to fix are Italian such as spaghetti or lasagna since I make my sauce from scratch. But I love to try new recipes and it gratifying when they turn out but it blows the big one when I screw them up!!
CACAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA?

MAMA DADA :(

CACA???
anything hot & spicy, but preferably if I have prepared it myself... that's the part that makes me feel good about myself!
Anything that I've prepared and cooked myself. But favorite comfort food? Potroast with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and choc. cheesecake for dessert.
Testarolo Lasagna with Wild Boar Sauce

2 pounds (900 g) boned wild boar
For the marinade
2 carrots
A rib of celery
2 medium onions
3 bay leaves
A sprig of rosemary
A small bunch of sage
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon peppercorns
5 cloves (the spice)
2 bottles hearty, well aged red wine (Chianti or similar)
For the dish
2 cloves garlic, minced
The leaves from a sprig of rosemary, minced
A small onion, minced
A leek, minced
2 hot peppers, shredded
A sprig of sage
1/3 cup olive oil
1 pound (drained weight) canned tomatoes, chopped
2/3 (300 g) pound dried ricotta, grated (if you cannot find this, go with a mild pecorino,
or a similar cheese that is not too salty)
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
Dice the wild boar, coarsely chop the vegetables, and marinate the boar in the vegetables, herbs and wine for at least 12 hours, stirring the mixture occasionally. Come cooking time, remove the meat from the marinade and bring the marinade to a boil; while it's heating pat the meat dry and sauté it until brown in olive oil. At the same time, heat a little oil in a second pot and sauté the garlic and other minced herbs. When the onion becomes translucent stir in the wild boar and simmer everything for about 10 minutes; in the meantime filter the marinade.

Stir the marinade into the meat and simmer the pot for about an hour, by which time the sauce will have thickened. Stir in the tomatoes and continue cooking everything for 10 minutes more. Then fish out the pieces of boar, shred them coarsely, and return them to the sauce.

Preheat your oven to about 380 F (190 C). Take an oven-proof dish the diameter of the testaroli, and lay down a thin layer of the sauce. Follow it with a testarolo, more sauce, some of the grated cheese, another testarolo, and so on until all is used up. Bake the lasagna for 10-15 minutes and serve.
Any kind of Mexican Food. its the bomb!
Not shore if you mean taste good or healthy good but you can try fajitas. Its the best of both worlds. just pick up a seasoning package at the store some chicken, peppers, lettuce, cheese, and salsa that you like. Don't forget the veggies. Some people add rice. The best part is everyone can make it the way they like it so everyone is happy. Hope this helped.
Glazed baked chicken with green beans and bread, hot buttery bread. Can you answer my question, latest.
Well I dont really cook anything amazing so a meal that makes me feel good about myself would be a taco salad from taco bell they are amazing and I dont have to make it no mess to clean up and I've had a healthy meal with salad and meat! =D
A healthy meal that is Delicious such as an awesome salad.
Slice of Spinach and cheese pie (with homemade crust), a serving of steamed sweet potato and serving of steamed squash. (Squash ls green outside, yellow-orange inside and looks very much like a miniature pumpkin but is good) Ate that combo every day for dinner -- until the pie was gone. Very attractive plate, simple, tasty, easy cleanup.

I usually buy about 5 sweet potatoes and a small round squash, scrub them, cut off all ends and any bad spots, quarter the squash, and steam all together until soft. Then after it cools, I cover and refrigete all. It makes for easy meals. Just take little throughout the week for dinner and warm in a microwave.

SPINACH CHEESE PIE – Epicurious 1980
ingredients
1 refrigerated pie crust (half of 15-ounce package), room temperature
1 teaspoon all purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 15-ounce container ricotta cheese
8 ounce mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 large eggs, beaten to blend
preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Unfold pie crust. Press out fold lines; if crust cracks, wet fingers and push edges together to seal. Sprinkle flour over crust. Place crust floured side down in 9-inch-diameter glass or ceramic pie dish. Fold edge under and crimp decoratively.
Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until tender, about 8 minutes. Mix in spinach, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sauté until all liquid from spinach evaporates, about 3 minutes.
Combine ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in large bowl. Mix in eggs. Add spinach mixture; blend well.
Spoon cheese mixture into pie crust. Bake until filling is set in center and brown on top, about 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut pie into wedges.

Yummy and easy. Better than quiche, I think. Hardest part was collecting the ingredients. The recipe calls for purchased pie crust which is OK, too.
