I am sure it does contain bacteria, incidentally all bacteria are microscopic. If you>acids(Cystine/Cysteine,methion... produce obnoxious smell.?-How many bacteria in your small intestine at neutral pH grow?Are you not a bacteria carrier?ask your Pharmacist.
