What's a good side dish to cook when your main one is salmon?

Answer:
Steamed Asparagus, or a salad of baby greens and endive, or baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar, or grilled corn on the cob, there are lots of things that would work with salmon! Try cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and a pat of real butter on top of the salmon filet, then put it in the 350 degree oven for 6 minutes, then the broiler until topping is crunchy, about 2 minutes. A baked sweet potato and fresh wilted spinach salad is yummy with this!!! Bon Apetito!
Maybe some steamed or grilled veggies, or a rice dish...?

Hope I helped!
Asparagus, green beans w/bacon bits, baked acorn squash and of course green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing.
yeah rice sounds good or idk add ur favorite food.
A rice pilaf would be a good side dish with salmon, although a side of greens (string beans, asparagus, etc.) would make a good presentation alongside the salmon.
Brown rice
Prawns
Orange rice.... Substitute water with your favorite OJ. Season and add a little butter. Cook on the stove or in a rice cooker. Throw in a side of asparagus and/or a salad. You can be fancy or rustic, works every time.
Side of Prawns. Clam chowder.spinach in Parmesan cheese sauce.Tater Tots. with catsup. Can you tell I donot like salmon. First it is sort of orange, like squash. Or a holloween pumpkin Then the taste sort of turns my stomach after the 3rd bite.
Some steamed bok choi/chinese greens, with a little oyster sauce
