just get a fresh one, you can't be too safe when it comes to questionable food!
I do not think that would be a great idea, Why not throw it in the fridge and eat it next meal. Then throw the rest away.

NO!!! this should never have been kept after it was part cooked,. meat should only be frozen once and not after cooking, even part cooking, throw it out, trust me your tum will suffer if you eat this.
