Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(A typical daily menu for an American?),it will help you,my kids.

I have been asked to find out a typical daily menu of Americans. I have a feeling that Americans and Australians sort of have the same food... except Vegemite :)

So if you are an American could you please tell me what a normal day menu is for you.

Thanks

Answer:
Breakfast----Juice(esp. orange), or toast, or both, or cold cereal and milk. Maybe just fruit. Unless its a special day, or at a restuarant, then it'll be bacon, eggs, toast, pancakes or waffles, pork sausage, maybe hash browns. And then, some of us do oatmeal.

Lunch.---Sandwiches! hot, cold, burgers, wraps, whatever. maybe with soup or chips. Salads, OR leftovers from dinner the night before.

Dinner ---Americans do meat and potatoes sometimes(with a salad and or hot vegatable. But we mix it up pretty good. Spaghetti, lasagne and pizza show up a lot, and casseroles and stews. Macaroni and cheese, and beans and rice are popular rigth before payday. Tacos or fajitas or the like tend to happen quite often. We all like Chinese food too, but other than basic stir fry, most of us can't make it better than the folks at the restaurants, so lets get outta here!(right AFTER payday) hehe.

Hope that was enlightening. It woulda made me hungry except I just had some warmed-over french fries (American cuisine's dark underbelly!)
I don't know what is considered typical but, Breakfast is scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy with a shot of hot sauce. Lunch is fast food (McDonald's, Pizza Hut, etc.) and Supper is what ever is found in the refrigerator or at a friend's house.
Buffalo Wings
Philly Cheese-steaks
Chili
Apple Pie
Cheeseburgers
Fries
Bar B Que (Ribs especially)
McDonald's anything lol

All American Baby!
(Not necessarily healthy but good in small amounts yum)

Note, this isn't my personal daily eating lol
I>peppers..zuckini..yellowsquash... peas, or chicken filletts with rice, meat sauce with pasta, veggi and rice stur fry, Fried potato salad (you just don't know) Cooley's Barnyard pizza with no mushrooms

Beer every now and then, Watered down cool aide is prefered.

I will eat Vegimite again, but you must come eat some boiled peanuts from Georgia. They are really salty though
Well for breakfast I eat about ten pancakes, half a pack of bacon, some hot dogs, 2 cheese omlettes, a Pepsi, and a twinkie box.
For lunch I eat a tuna-sandwich, some chicken strips, Burger Kings Famous Star burger, or McDonald's number 5 and 6, a pound cake, some twizzlers, a teriaki bowl, a Pepsi, and a twinkie box.
For Dinner I eat a meat roll, some fried chicken, some steaks, a ham, a side of beef ribs,Hawaiian Bread, honey glazed carrots, macaroni and cheese, candy yams, A pint of vanilla bean with hot fudge, some cookie dough, a Pepsi, and a twinkie box.

I am 400 pounds.
breakfast: a bowl of Cheerios and a cup of coffee.
lunch: a turkey sandwich.
dinner: poached fish, rice, and vegetables.

If I snack, it's usually on popcorn or oatmeal. Plus an apple after work out.
we eat way too much junk food such as McDonald's that's why we are so fat. Most people here their diet is mostly Meat & Potatoes...and little exercise..
I don't know for certian about every one but I eat oatmeal for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, then a meat starch and vegtable for dinner. (ie. starch is like rice, potato, or pasta)
All organic and healthy.
