Are chicken's and turkey's vegetables?
Vegetarians do not eat meat, if you eat chicken and fish you are not a vegetarian. You are someone who has eliminated red meat consumption.
Diet Name Meat (includes fish) Eggs Dairy Honey
Lacto-ovo vegetarianism No Yes Yes Yes
Lacto vegetarianism No No Yes Yes
Ovo vegetarianism No Yes No Yes
Veganism No No No No

There are more classifications than this.

I myself am a Pescetarianism
I know that a vegetarian who also consumes fish/seafood is called a "pesco-vegetarian" (or "pesca-vegetarian").

I think that including poultry in an otherwise vegetarian diet makes you a "person who just doesn't like beef that much".
Rhi is correct, there are several classification of different levels of vegetarianism.

I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian
vegetarians don't eat chicken or turkey the other name is vegan they also won't eat dairy product or other products produced by animals like eggs. if you eat chicken or turkey but now other meats as a conscious effort to control your health you are a health nut who likes vegetables. And good for you.
First of all it is Vegetarian not Vegitarian (spell check only work if you use it)

Vegetarianism is the practice of not consuming the flesh of any animal, with or without also eschewing other animal derivatives, such as dairy products or eggs. Some vegetarians choose to also refrain from wearing clothing that has involved the death of animals, such as leather, silk and fur. Veganism, sometimes called "strict vegetarianism", excludes all animal products from diet and attire, whether or not their production has involved the actual death of an animal (dairy, eggs, honey, wool, silk and down feathers). Vegetarians have varied motivations including religious, cultural, ethical, environmental, social, economic, and health concerns.
