While I'm not sure what the helk you typed under your question the first thing you have to start doing is keep a food diary. What are you eating that makes you bloated. Also keep track of your time of the month as maybe there are certain foods you need to avoid at that time, generally high sodium foods add to bloat.
There are over the counter medications you can take that fight bloat.
Drink plenty of water also.
Try to not eat such salty foods. Salt makes you retain water, making you feel fuller longer (and bloated). If you find yourself eating too much when you're out to eat, one trick is to ask for a to-go box when your food arrives and automatically put half of it in the box. That way, you will only eat half and you have two meals for the price of one. Eating slower will also help you eat less. When you eat fast, you end up eating more and feeling really full suddenly. I know when you're out at a good restaurant and eating a good meal, it's hard to stop, but just think - you'll feel better later.

Feeling bloated is usually a sign of overeating. Try smaller portions, wait ten minutes if you are still hungry have another small portion. Also some foods that cause gas may make you feel more bloated. Stay away from carbonated beverages too!
I will give you recipe for cumin and pepper rasam. This is especially used in South Indians after every meal. eaten with either rice or drunk alone after food. Soak lemon sized tamarind in hot water for few minutes. Roast on a pan a table spoon of cumin and pepper and grind into a powder. Now squeese the tamarind take out pulp(throw the skin) and pour it in a pot add water according the sourness the 'rasam" should be watery like soups. Let it boil for 5 minutes then add the pepper and cumin powder and boil it for another 2 minutes. Now the rasam is ready to drink which helps you to digest food and is natural. You can add jaggery to it and also you can add pulp taken out from boiled tomatoes.
