I don't think you can ship at all,sorry.
You cannot do it because anything you send is going to have to go through customs - even overnight takes over a week to got to Europe and sometimes longer.
you can use dry ice to send things Lobster men use it all the time but it is very expensive and I dont think you can just buy it because it is dangerous. you maybe able to find a dry ice place that will pack it for you. My suggestion would be can you send the ingredients and have them make them there with the reciepe?
I think if you ship the pizza's with frozen ice (the ice from the freezer but the carbon kind) they will be okay.
