Hi, ok so i have 3 kids and trying to save for a house, we have started really eating top ramen and mac and cheese alot.(yummy+Cheap) Most of the time when I eat either, I have a hard time breathing, then I have to poop like 3 times. I do remember having this problem when i was about 15 years old. Only with these two foods. I have NO other allergies to anything, so what can i be allergic to in these foods??
Answer:
There is nothing wrong with eating these foods, but "your" problem could be the type of flour used to make the pasta. If you eat other types of pasta & do not have this problem, then I would guess it is something in the "type" of pasta used in these two products.
