I like them a lot too on food, but when I taste it plain its very salty. I like them in pizza and pasta and salad. Anchovies are healthy too, they are high in omega 3s, the good essential fats that is really good for your brain and body.

this is funny. I used to work with two women who ate anchovies when they had their period. Too salty for me though. I couldn't even eat the pizza if I took them off
