I have never seen a cheesee with no salt on super market shelves. perhaps cottage chees have very low salt content.My cousin used to make their own cortege cheese at home, you can ask a shop assisstant for help
I don't know where you are but you can find no-salt cheese in Turkey

Try Paxton & Whitfield (cheese suppliers to Buck House) - they do a postal service and used to run a Cheese Club (I joined-up my husband as a member for a prezzie). If they don't have what you want, I doubt anyone has.
there r lots of health food shops all over da world, but i dunno wer u liv, so i cant help. most supermarkets will do low salt cheese as well ^_^ciaooooo
