My husband absolutely hates it and always has. I avoid it in most cases as well after a sever bought with mayo caused salmonella 10 yrs ago. By the way, your likes and dislikes are your own and you have that right...so don't worry if someone else thinks it's weird.
Its a matter of taste. Everyone has different taste buds and everyone finds different things appealing--or lack there of. I used to be a devout anti mayo guy, but now I like it. After all it makes a better turkey sandwich.
Too much oil makes me throw up and not only in mayonnaise!...
my hubby hates mayo, or anything of the like. he won't eat mayo, miracle whip, any mayonaisse based dressing like ranch, thousand island or anything creamy, really. he won't eat potato, egg or maccaroni salad because of it. and he would rather die than eat a deviled egg.

i like mayonaise with stewed or grilled salmon,or with fried stuff,sometimes i make fruit salad with it,or put it in eggs sandwich,or eat with japanese tepanyaki and pizza,good...

SAME HERE!! I gag everytime i see a huge glob of mayo!! When my mom makes something with mayonaise, (like a sandwhich or some thing) and there is extra mayo on the spoon, she licks it. YUCK!!!! I wanna throw up just thinking about it!

I love mayo with a capital L, but my sister hates it. She has a real dislike of squishy things- yogurts, scrambled eggs, that sort of thing.
It's not for everyone, but it sure helps keep a sandwich from being dry.
