What kind of tea do they use at Chinese restaurants? I don't mean the brand, but the actual type. I had some today and I'm like obsessed. It's not green, It's like a dark brown color, with like a deeper tea flavor.
Whenever I make beef pattie it breaks during frying and it spread all out in frying pan. I put egg,breadcrumbs, spring onion in it. Van any one advise me what to do so that it doesn't break. Thanks.
