Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Do fried food contain any vitamins?),it will help you,my kids.

After frying at high boiling oil temperature, anymore vitamins left?
Which vitamins?

Answer:
By frying foods, you lose vitamin B, D, and E..
I doubt there were any vitamins in the food to begin with.
Frying can't be good for vitamins in food. I think boiling vegetables in water causes them to lose vitamins, so frying would probably not be good for the vitamins either. It might also depend on the oil being used.
Vitamins are unlikely to survive deep frying.
Nope
