My sisters husband is a cop and he dosen't eat them everyday like everyone thinks. He eats them every once in a while. He dosen't really like coffee either. So I think it depends on the cop.

well, my boyfriends dad is a sargeant and says that this is absolutely not true! but i knew a cop who ate donuts every day. i do know that where i live they get free coffee, sodas and pastries at the gas stations so......
Most do, but don't like the stereotype of a cop in the donut shop. One of my best friends is one half of a K-9 unit, and he eats donuts a lot. Of course, that makes him a little on the heavy side. His justification: Zeus, the other half of the K-9 unit, will chase down any suspect on his command. My friend did comment to me one time that most undercover officers don't eat a lot of donuts. They don't have a lot of downtime for snacking.

I've been using my 1993 model dishwasher with a heating element and plate-warming feature to heat quart jars for canning. It's dead now and I want to buy a new one. My friend insists I get a Bosch, but the models I've looked at don't have a plate-war...
