Kyle M is right. You have to burn more calories than you take in. I've lost 24 pounds. It's all about watching what you eat (watch your portion sizes) and exercising. I go for walks on my breaks at work, it helps. Then I exercise a little more when I get home.
you have to change your snacks to fresh apples! believe it, an apple a day keeps not only the doctor away but also fat. eat apples everyday and eat less carbohydrates and glucose. i lose 10kg with this method of diet, and it's definitely safe and good for your health.
