I love it! It's the saltiest substance that's safe to put in a human mouth, so it's best when used on contrast with something sweet or semi-sweet. Peanut butter and Marmite on toast, bagels, or English muffins - with some jam or preserves of your choice on top. One of my kids spreads it on Oreos, another likes it on Triscuits with strong-flavored cheese. You can find all kinds of recipes on the official Marmite website below (there's also a section there for the "hate it" people...)
