So the question is whats your favourite cheese?

And the best red wine to with it (optional)

Answer:
Extra mature cheddar, all crumbly and peppery. Wine is wonderful, but have you tried beer with cheese? Not Lager but traditional Ale, perhaps Theakstons XB or BishopsFinger, mmm...
Brie, i love brie, basically I love all cheese, especially toasted cheese sarnies. When I'm being classy and having cheese and biccies with the parents, Port is a good accompanient
i love chedder cheese
edams one of my fav cheese's and brie but i cant eat that now as im preggers!..and i love toasted chedder cheese sandwichs!.. or cheese and crackers..
Stilton, or a good ripe Camembert.
Any decent red wine really, I am a fan of Faustino VII Rioja though.
In Latvia they have cheese called Krievias Siers (Literal translation Russian Cheese) which is very strong. But another one I really like is Lord of the Hundreds - a sheeps' milk cheese which stinks to high heaven!! Had forgotten about that. I must get some.
Room temperature Stilton with a bunch of grapes or marmalade.
I love nearly every type, however my favourite has to be Chedder, you can use it for anything. Crack open a nice bottle of Chilled Jacobs Creek Dry White Wine, cheese platter and crackers. Heaven!
Blue Stilton, then mature cheddar, but sounds nice what you're having hope you enjoyed it, White Stilton with Redcurrants from Tesco rather nice.
Red Lecister.
mmm sounds amazing!!

I like all sorts of cheeses - I like grilled goats cheese with balsamic vinegar and red onion relish. With sliced french bread.

I like plain old cheddar on a ploughmans lunch with pickle and pickled onions, salad, crusty bread, plain crisps.

Need to go and eat something now Im starving
I love all kinds of cheese but my favourite is toasted cheese - crumbly Lancashire cheese. MMMMMMMM!

You can add some Worcestershire sauce and it is fantastic or just pickle or even just brown sauce and it will be great.
Huntsman!! Double Gloucester with blue Stilton inside-getting hard to find though.
