Answers:
Noodles are usually made of wheat, rice or sometimes even corn flour. All of these absorb warm liquids and swell in size (you can see this while cooking them).

So like when you eat cold oats in muesli (if you do), you'll feel fuller for longer as your bodily fluids swell the food up. Mind you unless you eat them raw you don't have much to worry about.

Rule of thumb; if the 'boiled' noodles are dry and nutty to the bite then they need more time. Indigestion isn't nice.

Bon appetite.

[Unless of course you mean 'will they grow roots?' in which case - No. LOL]

Other Answers:
no way... the acid in your tummy will break it down really fast... its a carb...
OF COURSE NOT! he he he
phew, thats a relief
no. they say noodles will swell in a bird's stomach, but still no bigger than cooked noodles.
Well, theoretially, if the noodles are done "al dente" which means firm and not overcooked, they can absorb some of the liquid in your stomach and expand some before they are broken down and digested.
ha! ha! ha! thats all i can say!
Rubish!
No that happens only with watermellon seeds.
Grow? Is the pasta alive when you eat it? ;)
Uh...no!! Your stomach acid will break down the food! Nothing to grow in there!!
No they will not grow in your stomach.
Based on your previous questions, this one too is rubbish...
