Yes you can and it is super easy.
3 c Bisquick
1/4 - 1/2 c Sugar (to taste)
3 Eggs
1/4 c Oil or Butter
1 t Vanilla extract
1 c Milk
Preheat oven, mix the ingredients, pour into pre-greased pan, let it cook.

yeah, they are called PanCakes! The only cakes you can make with pancake batter are PANCAKES. Dessert cakes are made differently.

I am sure that you could. I am sure someone's grandma has a recipe that is good. But I am sure that it calls for spices that grow in the back woods and require lard. I would stick with a regular cake mix.
I have never heard of baking a cake with pancake mix but I am sure you could. I know that you can make peach cobbler with Bisquick mix. Here's a link with the recipe:
