Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

I drank too much wine last night and ended up getting sick all night. It is now the night after but my stomach is pretty upset. I just had fishsticks and corn a few hours ago. Are there any foods or drinks that may help my stomach feel better? Thanks for any suggestions.

Answer:
You need to stick to starches to coat your stomach. Milk is also a good coating..anything dariy. Crackers, bread, etc. And advice before drinking: you should also eat starchy foods before drinking alot. Starches will absorb the alcohol inside of your stomach lol. Also if you get a head ache or a hangover take 2 asprin and drink plenty of water. More then 50% of all hangover headaches are induced by dehydration.
BRAT diet is good for an upset tummy. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast.

The only real cure is time. I would stick with bland foods like rice and chicken.
Sop up the acid and alcohol 'burn' with bread, crackers, etc. Coat your stomach with milk and get some B vitamins in your system - eat a banana. These are good at helping your stomach feel better!
V-8 Juice works really well.
plop plop, ohhh what a relief it is "alka-seltzer. always helps me. otc ,tagmints or pepsid also work well.Hope you fill better.Thats why I drink beer.#glasses of wine make you sick.
Believe it or not, go to Jack in the Box and get a vinilla shake. But you HAVE TO drink SIPS or the remidy won't work!
Tomato juice works well. If I go out for a night of drinking I have a bloody mary (vodka and tomato juice) for breakfast the next day and it fixes the hangover right up. But it will settle your stomach real well with out the vodka.
Eat a popsicle. They always have a way of making you feel better.
