its the nestle with no sugar added if that means anything..

and the white stuff is kinda chalky. doesnt really have a good or bad taste. i think maybe its calcium. no real reason to know other than curiousity...

It's probably some type of chemical additive such as sucralose or aspartame.

By the way, it might be difficult for many to believe, but no- sugar-added doesn't mean it's better for you, it could mean the oppositive, especially if it has sugar substitutes in it.

The safety of sugar substitutes have come under fire recently because people have been getting strange illnesses from them. As far as I'm concerned these companies might as well be putting cocaine derivative powders in these packaged foods.
