Tofu... for real. it picks up whatever flavor you cook it with and if you fry it just right. you can use it like meat. It's very yummy if you cook it right

I tried portobello mushroom burgers, and they were great. All you have to do is clean the mushrooms, rub them with a little olive oil and either fry or grill them. Keep them whole. Put them on bread or a bun and eat like you would a hamburger.
