Answers:
The difference between jam and jelly is not about the seeds as the previous poster stated. Jam made with whole fruit, whereas jelly is made with just the juice of the fruit. That is why you see grape jelly, but not grape jam. Marmalade is basically a jam made out of the fruit and peel of citrus (usually Seville oranges).

All three are made by boiling fruit (or fruit juice) untl it sets as a result of a reaction between the acids, pectin and sugar in the fruit. Sugar and pectin are often added, but the amount varies as different fruits have different natural levels.

Other Answers:
jam is made with the seeds of the fruit in it .. jellyhas seeds removed and marmalade is made with out added sugars just using th natural sugars in the fruit
