Answers:
Broth is a clear liquid from boiled vegetables, chicken, or beef. It is completely drained and strained of all meats, seasonings, and vegetables.

A Soup stock is drained but you may have herbs and peices of seasonings still remaining. The stock may also contain milk and be creamy, whereas a broth never has milk.

Not much difference in most cases. They can be used interchangebly. Some people use it to mean the same things. If a recipe calls specifically for soup stock and you cant change it for a broth, than it will tell you specifically what kind of soup stock to use.

Other Answers:
both can be the same. no need to split hairs over this.

basically they are water flavored by simmering veggies and/or meat. from that point, one can go in a variety of directions.

enjoy it all.
soup is thinner than broth.

:)
