I think of the sweetest, kindest person I know, and all of their personality is in a cookie that tastes delicious. It's the most heavenly smell in the world.
1. appearance is good.
2. White to beige color with sugar on top
3. Shape nice high crown with a perfect circle look
4. Texture -not crumbly but melts into your teeth and chews very tender and easy. Outer crust is just a touch of texture.
5. Flavor - normal sugar cookie but so good you just can't have one.
6. A person in the room who is blind folded would say this room smells like hot sugar cookies.
