I think I'd say I like mint chocolate chip ice cream the best. It's really simple there are much fancier, more complicated deserts out there, but for some reason the cold, cool freshness of the mint ice cream mixed with the sweetness of the chocolate really does it for me. I find a lot of deserts tend to have an overpowering sweetness, so while it's good for a bite or two, any more than that is just too much, but I can enjoy a whole dish of mint chocolate chip ice cream without ever feeling that overwhelmed, cloying desert feeling.

My favorite desert is Tiramisu. (however you spell it) It's a fluffy, light, delicious coffe/chocolate/creammy cake thing.

I like cheesecake b/c it is smooth and delicious. I also like strawberry pie and choc. cream pie.Oh and hot fresh donuts. and lemon cream cheese pie. There are so many I can't pick just one. I like them b/c I have an insatiable sweet tooth. Chocolate Pie. Flaky crust and smoooooth chocolate filling! I love pie, but my mom's is the best. I probably like it because of the combo of taste and memories of my mom. When I see chocolate pie it makes me think of her and being in the kitchen with her.
