I can't find a restaurant that serves the best steak. ex. t bone steak, rib eye steak, new york steak. Seems like the steak I eat are either very dry or just OK. I don't know about ther best restaurant, but I can tell you that a T-bone is not the best *cut* of steak. I personally prefer a NY strip. I would avoid sirloin if I were you, as they tend to be dryer than other cuts. You might want to try a national chain such as Ruth's Chris.
