A very good milk or especially dark chocolate, no filler with a spectacular glass of Merlot or Shiraz/Shyrah. The Saintsbury Pinot Noir is wonderful with a heavy chocolate granache cake. You just can't beat the chocolate/red wine combo, especially if it is a really good chocolate and a really good wine!
Wow, Wineduchess read my mind. Dark chocolate alongside some cognac is one of my favorite (occasional) indulgences.
As for other ways I enjoy chocolate: pretzels dipped in melted chocolate
shavings of chocolate (any kind) over any sort of ice cream
shavings of chocolate (again, any kind) on top of pie, which of course is topped with whipped cream
REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER CUPS! Especially those limited-edition "peanut butter on the outside" ones
