I like onsen tamago. It's a Japanese way of doing eggs. They're basically soft-boiled eggs, but done much more slowly than regular soft-boiled eggs. Traditionally they are cooked in hotsprings. I love the way they are so tender.
Answer:
i like chawan mushi more!!!
Or.. Chinese dessert - steamed eggwhite with milk (kinda like cream brulee)
Scrambled with cheese.
Scrambled, but I blend the eggs with the milk beforehand so i don;t get those annoying white chunks
Cheese omlet
Never had onsen tomago... will look that up!
I like to add wilted spinach and chopped tomatoes with parmesan cheese with my eggs. I also use milk to make them fluffier.
Ham and cheese omelets with onion added
over easy with butter, then i put it on slices of toast. mmm.
over easy with cheese melted on the top that is american cheese.
Scrambled with lots of pepper!
And I also LOVE deviled eggs, YUMMY!

Soft scrambled . Before cooking in butter over a low flame, mix in a dollop of sour cream. When done, sprinkle on some chives.
scrambled with peppers onions and cheese
over easy with some bacon all on a bagel!! yum yum!
I love poached because its still yummy and has a runny yolk like an over easy egg but without all the fat. They are kinda a pain to cook sometimes since the whites get "stringy" when they are dropped into the boiling water. A quick tip is to drop as close the the water as possible and add a splash of vinegar before hand. Not too much or it will taste funny. If that seems like too much of an adventure I also like them scrambled with cream cheese!
Scrambled. I let them cook a little first so that some of the white firms before adding milk and stirring. Add the green of some spring onion and serve soft on hot buttered toast.
Breakfast at least twice a week.
Well this might not sound so sophisticated but I don't cook much so I like the little spinach and artichoke egg souflees from Panera bread. Once I ate 3 of them and got sick to my stomach. But I love eggs.... I couldn't help it!
