My favorite dinner is: cubed steak with brown gravy with a lot of onions, wild rice, french style green beans, pillsbury garlic rolls, and a glass of sweet ice tea
Cheese pierogi with melted butter & sugar.
hot&sour soup followed by beef oyster sauce in thick noodles , yummy .
Spinach and Portabello mushroom lasagna. I use Feta cheese as well as an italian blend of cheeses. I make garlic bread and have a nice red wine with that. yummy!
Pork Chops & Applesauce , thats swell.

I think if I had to choose one it would either be roast beef, yorkshire pudding, mash, roasters, parsnips,c arrots, peas, sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, horseradish and thick gravy. OR
Sausage (burnt) fried eggs (snotty) chips (really well done) beans ( cooked till mushy) bread and butter, cup of tea. Salt vinegar and brown sauce are essential.
IIt's called Jambalaya and I've adapted it myself from what was probably an inauthentic, simplified recipe. My version contains Basmati Rice, Tumeric, Roast Chicken, Cumberland Sausage, Pineapple, Peppers, Red Onions, Fresh Corriander, Coconut Milk and a whole lot of Sweet Chilli Sauce. Why not make some up for yourself and let me know if you liked it!
