In england you can legally drink in pubs (bars) from the age of 18. (although many drink younger than that) the licencing laws were recently relaxed so that establishments can apply for hours later than the original 11 pm last orders. In some cities such as london closing time at the weekend may be as late as 4. (although some close earlier say 12 or 1 it may be possible if the get the authority approval to open 24 hours, well at least technically they can) must dash. off to the pub!!!

Chattanooga, 2:00 AM and 21 years old. I live in North Carolina. Most bars here call last call by 2:00 am and close by 2:30. Some close earlier but that is the latest that alcohol can be bought and consumed. No sales after 2 and everything up by 2:30.
