I live in Utah and my co-workers and I were just talking about how expensive produce is here and what bad quality is to and it really is true. You pay astronomical prices for green leafy veggies on sale and they're all wilted and scared with mold and black spots all over them... you really have to chop a lot off to come up with anything edible.

So I was wondering... how is the produce around where you live?

Answers:
I feel very fortunate. I live in B.C. Canada and there is an abundance of fresh organic produce, even in the winter. There are many farmers markets here as well as grocery stores that make sure to import only the best. I am sorry that your produce isn't fresh. everyone deserves to eat fresh healthy food.

Other Answers:
The produce here in Fayetteville, Arkansas is outstanding!
i live in Maine and yes we have the best lobster in the world. and we have great potatoes.
I live in Canada and the prices are relativly good. Where I live alot of the produce comes from Ontario and greenhouses. I try to buy local when in season as it is often cheaper.
Wisconsin has great potatoes, peas, and corn. Door County has great apples and cherries.
