Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Since you only listed shellfish, I'm assuming you aren't referring to Tuna, Salmon, etc. Purely based on my own opinion, I'm going to go with lobster. Not only is the taste exquisite, but you get a lot of meat on one, and it's a lot of fun to crack the sucker open. The green stuff is a little gross, though.

it has to be shrimp or prawms Lobster. I was at a restaurant where they had a display set up of two lobsters (dead of course) sitting playing cards, holding aces and cigars. It looked so good I had to eat one of the little boggers. Fantastic

fish crab legs and shrimp cocktail,also haddock and salmon,also if sushi is connsidered seafood

no i hate all d options uve given i just like fish in seafood nthng else I just tried this for the first time last week...and thought I had died and gone to Heaven. Coconut Shrimp! It was FANTASTIC!

i love seafood , i eat seafood i eat everything i see. ok scallops are my favorite. I'm allergic to seafood. Fish is the only seafood I can tolerate.

Omg, steamersss ... esp.ly Cape Cod ones I love them all . . . doesn't matter which one it is . . . whether it is fish, crustaceans, or whatever.

As for the simplicity of cooking I prefer shrimp - very adaptable . . . and you can almost do anything to them . . . and it will come out great.

Lobster. You know why?
Because you have to kill him very fast before you cook him. Else will taste totaly differend. Lobster have a crazy habit. When he realize that he is going to die, he suicide and then all his food became water.
So the technik is kill fast. Not many people know that, and when they cook , they believe that lobster have a simple fishy taste. Its not so simple if you can cook. I live on Vancouver Island, Qualicum Beach B.C, Canada, blocks from the beach. I love seafood. When I was younger we used to wait for this crab fisherman to pull his traps up in front of our house about a kilometer off our beach.
We would take my little "putt, putt"boat out with a case of beer or weed(I live on Vancouver Island, weed is currency) and trade for live fresh dungenous crab.
A $10.00 flat of cans would net about twenty crabs.
My buddies and I would do this and party on the beach. We would kill the crabs and then steam them on planks near the fire. Sometimes we would gather oysters on the beach and eat them as well.
