Anyone know this very simple recipe from fridays!? it's served with their parmeasan (pretty sure i suck @ spelling) crusted chicken!. it's a mozz cheese and tomato side salad!. i believe theres some onions with it too!.!.!.but it's the sauce/dressing on it i can't figure out!? if anyone has the full recipe, that be great!. got a family barbecue for my birthday on sunday and i'd love to make it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

INGREDIENTS

* 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
* 14 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
* 1 red onion, sliced
* 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
* 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
* salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIIONS

1!. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cheese, onion, oil, vinegar, basil, and salt and pepper to taste!. Toss and chill for 1 hour!. Serve on large platter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
