Kitty said: Yes.Can Fruit V's Fresh?-I try seach this on internet but no results found.Maybe this is a stupid question.
Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Can Fruit V's Fresh?),it will help you,my kids.
I just dont have time to keep fresh fruit, ripen it and rotate. The caned fruit comes in new juices, not the old sryup. It dose cost more at the store but the time it takes up is more valuable.

As long as you're eating fruit in lite syrup or in water it's just as nutritious as fresh. In fact, because canned fruit is picked at the peak of ripeness, then immediately canned it can have more and better nutrients than fresh which is picked when it's not ripe then sits in a warehouse, is shipped to it's destination and sits in the grocery store warehouse then on the main floor of the grocery store all the while the nutrients are depleting. Also, what about trying frozen fruit? That also is picked at the peak of ripeness and keeps forever in the freezer and (watch the labels) can be additive and sugar free, just plain fruit.
I'm with you, completely fine. Not as good as fresh but it will do. I can't wait for fresh water melons & canalopes.=)
yeah its fine
