Cornmeal!?!? Ok so I live in Mackay QLD in Australia!. I've found a couple of recipes (for my dogs) that I want to make and they have cornmeal in them!. I went to both Woolworths and Coles today and looked in the asile with flour and eggs and couldn't see it anywhere!.!.!.so my question is where can I find cornmeal!?!? Or what can I use instead of cornmeal!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers: Ok, I know you are in Australia but have to tell you!.!. I now live in Canada and I could not find cornmeal anywhere here!.!. UNTIL!.!. I was told to look in the cereal section of the grocery store!. Well it was not the same cornmeal as I knew down in the US (am from southern part) and cornmeal down there is very different!. The cereal cornmeal is mushy and finely ground!. Regular cornmeal is more coarse!. I actually had my family ship to me some of our southern cornmeal!. NObody up here had ever had it!. So, try the cereal section!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you have to visit a grocery store and ask for it!.!.!.it'll be there trust meWww@FoodAQ@Com
