Well, if you're buying hot dogs at the Costco, there is no way you can look like a fool. However, most Costco's have these really cool condiment stations that you can use to apply the hot dog accessories of your choice (note - they only have sweet relish, not dill relish, so watch out!)
You put the condiments on yourself.
Yea the condiments are always on the side at a bar, and the hotdogs are really great. The chicken wraps and pizza are great too :)
