Answers:
I have a cookie cookbook, and this is the only recipe I've even used out of it! The page is covered in cocoa...
No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 T cocoa powder
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups oats
in a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa. Mix together, then add butter and milk. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute (Use a timer and don't over cook!)
Stir in vanilla, peanut butter, and oats. Mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper. Let cool. Enjoy! Makes about 20 cookies.
