I like couscous. I have a great "cake" recipe for it that uses juice.
I think it's pretty much like rice: rather tasteless.. it just depends on what you add to it: vegetables, meat, spices, etc, etc... Some people might not like the texture... it's a bit strange
I love it! We normally cook the vegetables & meat in a tomato based sauce (no, not ketchup!) and have a tube of Harissa at the table so I can use loads of it!!! Yum!
