    Does anybosy have a recipe for scrambled eggs with cream cheese in it? Thanks!!?

If I may add to David's recipe, throw in some crumbled bacon and minced onion (or scallions) and add the seasoning of your choice. You can aslo add avocado cubes on top.

Not with Cream Cheese in it, but you could try spreading it on your toast instead of butter????

just scramble your eggs as normal, when they are at a soft scramble put a teaspoon of cream cheese in and fold it in, then remove from the heat. they stay moist and creamy, adjust amounts for quanities and personal preference. the biggest thing people struggle with in cooking is they are intimidated, this ones simple, just go for it what I like even better than that is to scramble eggs.. cut any kind of regular cheese into small chunks.. add a touch of milk.. then put one heaping scoop of cottage cheese into the eggs. My Mom used to make that for us when we were little. All other eggs seem dry and gross to me now.. I made it for my bf and he's been hooked ever since.

oh yum! my mom used to make this all the time! she would sprinkle it with freshly ground black pepper with fresh bacon (fried) crumbles... :)
