My mom does I could ask her and get back to you except it looks like a dead cow so you probably don't want that recipe,Never Mind.
soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 mins before cooking or they will burn on the grill/barbecue.

you can buy premade teriyaki sauce at the store, and marinate your chicken in that for 1 to 2 hours in the fridge, skewer chicken on the bamboo sticks and grill on an indoor grill or outdoor barbecue until done, about 15 -20 mins, don't turn them too often or the meat will stick to the grill and tear off the skewers, turn them about halfway through cooking about 7 to 10 mins per side depending on size of pieces, turn once, it helps if you flatten the pieces out a bit before putting on skewer,

you can get pre cut breast of chicken in strips from the meat department, saves a lot of time otherwise buy chicken breast and cut in long strips about 1/2 inch thick
15ml sake
15ml mirin
10ml japanese soy sauce
teaspoon sugar

Mix them together until the sugar has dissolved. Boil in the wok for about 1 min and add chicken (which has been cooked in another wok or pan) and shredded veg. Works a treat!

I think the teriyaki on a stick u are looking for is yakitori. You basically make more of the same sauce but boil it until it has thickened quite a bit then baste grilled chicken skewers with it. It's nice with grated mooli.
