It's a sweet but healthy (I suppose) salad they have available at the salad bar at Souplantation. Please let me know if I can find this somewhere because it's so good. I think it might even have a tiny bit of bacon bits but I guess the real question is in the dressing because the salad is simple, just raisins, brocoli and cashews from what I could tell. Thanks!

Answers:
Souplantation's Joan's Broccoli Madness Salad
6 to 8 servings
1 bunch uncooked broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped red onion

DRESSING
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Mix the broccoli, bacon, cashews, raisins and onions in a large bowl. In a second bowl, beat dressing ingredients together gently until smooth.

About 10 minutes before serving, toss the salad with the dressing to allow flavors to meld. Serve on chilled salad dishes.

(From Souplantation.)

Other Answers:
No but that's funny my boyfriend is a freak about that salad. It's called Sweet Tomatoes instead of Souplantation where I'm from, though.
