Answers:
Slice a baguette. Spread slices with soft goat cheese. Top with a thin slice of roasted red pepper and a little fresh thyme or oregano. Yummy stuff, your friends will think you are a gourmet chef, and it takes about 3 seconds to make.

Other Answers:
easiest is ritz crackers and cheese

Spread cream cheese on half an english muffin. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with onion flakes. Bake until cheese melts. Yummmmmmmm! Cheese is delicious by itself. It already is a tasty snack.

Cheese toast. Or a grilled cheese sandwich.

Cheese and crackers and maybe some pepperoni

Buy some nice cheese e.g. Roquefort.

Take it out of the fridge for at least an hour before you want to eat it.

Eat it.

MICROWAVE-QUICK BRUSCHETTA

-Some olive oil to drizzle
-Pre-package foccacia bread (at delis, bread shops, supermarkets)
-1 clove Smashed garlic (really smashed up and peeled)
-Mozzerella cheese, sliced into small pieces
-1 tomato, sliced
-Parsley, chopped (if you want)
-Salt, pepper to taste

Take a large microwavable plate, drizzle a bit of oil on it before placing foccacia, sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzerella, smashed garlic (in the above order, on top of the other).

Put on high for 2 minutes. sprinkle chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste, set on high for another 1 - 2 min.
Drizzle olive oil when still hot, and serve.
