Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie Recipe
This Sweet Summer Fruit Smoothie recipe makes two servings.
Ingredients
? 2 tablespoons honey
? 1 1/2 cups peeled, sliced ripe peaches, nectarines or other fruits
? 1 container (8 oz.) vanilla low-fat yogurt
? 1/4 cup wheat germ
Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend or process on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
2. Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and, if desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.
Tips: For a thicker, frosty smoothie, freeze fruit overnight. Use frozen fruit as directed above.

You can add different fruits too, basically any smoothie is just juice, yogurt, and ice for me, and then i just play around with that.

1) Get a blender.
2) Put ice pops in blender.
3) Add ice.
4) Mix in blender for 1 minute.
5) Add A little soda.
6) Mix for 2 minutes, if it is still chunky add a little more soda.
7) If it is still chunky after the 1st part of step 6, add the soda and mix until it is smoothie like.
8) Now get a cup and pour the smoothie out of the blender and into the cup.
9) Enjoy a cup of fruit smoothie. My general philosophy is, the more fruits, as long as complementary, the more interesting the flavor. You can choose particular flavor combinations to suit your mood or health desires (e.g., kiwi to help boost your metabolism, dark-colored berries for lots of antioxidants, etc.)
For 2 servings:
Put into a blender approximately:
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 banana, frozen or fresh
1 cup Mixed fruits of your choice - I usually use whatever I have on hand fresh, or frozen organic blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and peaches or pineapple. If using all fresh fruits, add some ice or substitute frozen yogurt or bananas.
1/3 cup fruit juice. You can use all or part water if desired.
Protein powder or other additives.
Blend. Adjust flavors and/or liquid/ice balance as needed to reach desired consistency.
Enjoy.
