I have tried a bunch of recipes that claim to be "Olive Garden" tiramisu but nothing came close. Then I read an ex-employee say on a related site that it is ordered from mail order company. This may or may not be true. Any help will be greatly appreciated.Does anyone know where it comes from?

Answers:
We order our Tira from Arrow Sysco any sales rep will sell it to you they will even offer a small sample size. The catch is you have to be a restauraant to order from them. Tell the rep you are openiung a restaurant and maybe they will hook you up

Other Answers:
I think that they get the orders from Sysco. You may wana call them and ask.
if you own a restaurant then Tiramisu is easy and affordable to make. you just have to buy in bulk or just go to your local market for:
Ingredients

EGGS, 3 large, with yolks and whites separated
SUGAR, 1/2 cup
MASCARPONE, 8 ounces
EXPRESSO or STRONG COFFEE, 1 cup
Carolines or Brendans liquor, 2 tbsp
LADYFINGERS, toasted, 20
COCOA, 1/8 cup
Directions

Combine 3 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon Espresso, sugar, and Cognac into the large mixing bowl.
Beat 2 to 3 minutes.
Add Mascarpone and beat 3 to 5 minutes until consistency is smooth.
In another bowl, combine 3 egg whites and a pinch of sugar. Beat until mixture forms stiff peaks.
Gently fold into Mascarpone mixture.
Pour rest of Espresso into flat dish, dip one side of each Lady Finger, and layer on bottom of serving dish.
Spread 1/3 of Mascarpone mixture and sprinkle with cocoa.
Continue layering and finish with a Mascarpone layer.
Sprinkle and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
