I didn't even know there was such a thing as turkey chops. :)
If you like veggies there are plenty of great recipes. Try asparragus. Just salt and pepper them and put them in the oven for...20 minutes or so. If desired you can add some parmesan cheese on top and it tastes real good. And some mashed potatoes would go great with that also.
you could try cooking pan roasted asparagus with your turkey chops. heres how to do it: in a frying pan pour 3 tablespoon of oil then put 3 cloves of chopped garlic then put the asparagus on the frying pan, season with onion powder( as much as you want), salt.ground black pepper,and when its cook serve it with your turkey. word of advise if your uncertain of your turkey chops change it to lamb chops instead, buy lamb chops and apricot preserve in a jar. clean the lamb chops and assemble them together in a silver foil cover and bake in the oven till its done then serve, easy meal but very effective:) good luck:) by the way practice making it so you wont get nervous:)
