For me, I like the curry chicken with some coconut milk and potato. Coconut milk can make the curry more creamy and smelly. Potato is good combination with curry as it can absorb a lot of curry sourse... yummy...

Curry is good even if you eat it with bread. But if with rice, must be basmati rice...the best! Chicken curry with potato is one of a kind and of course must use milk...coconut or evapourated for the healthier version.
