Yes it doe's. If you notice any black coloration around the lid on the inside be careful, this is what they call botulism and can make you very sick and even may expire from it. Always wash the lid and refrigerate after each use. Anyone who tells you no to your question is full of it and needs to wipe the BS from their mouth. I'm glad you asked this question. Hopefully other's will learn from it as well.
