Answers:
They are a Chinese dumpling that is either steamed or fried, served with a terryaki sauce for dipping.
Much larger than a standard won ton.
Very good, one of the items I always get when I order Chinese.
I found a recipe for them on the Internet awhile back, and after reviewing all the ingredients used, I figured it was cheaper and easier to buy them (6 for $4.99) than to make them myself.
Try them, just try not to get hooked!
I order mine from the appetizer section of the menu.
Other Answers:
Fried dumplings.
